Driftwood Bistro is locally owned and operated by Dan Dickerson and has an amazing staff waiting to serve you.
Driftwood Bistro provides the finest in Southern Cuisine “with a twist” featuring sweet Georgia Wild Shrimp caught locally in the waters surrounding Jekyll Island. Georgia Wild Shrimp is “hands down” the best shrimp in the world thanks to our sugar cane family marsh grasses. The decomposed grass (Spartina Grass) is an integral part of the local eco-system that makes Georgia Wild Shrimp sweet and tender.
Our classic signature sides are old family recipes of the owners and staff alike. Some favorites are OG’s Fried Okra, Lynn’s Squash Casserole, and Augusta’s Bread Pudding!
Driftwood Bistro offers a full service bar featuring hand-crafted cocktails and frozen drinks as well as the standard fare. We have a selection of micro-brewed and domestic beers as well as imports.The Bar has seating for 12 and 60 seats in the dining area serving our “made from scratch” Southern Fare. We serve Happy Hour between 4:30 and 5:30 offering reduced priced appetizers and house wines, selected cocktails and beer.
